Efficient and Intelligent Management of RFID Archive Management System

RFID wireless radio frequency identification technology is widely used in various fields and is an automatic identification technology that emerged in the 1990s. In practical applications, RFID readers write specific format data into RFID electronic tags, and then bind the information of the items to the RFID electronic tags. This enables contactless reading and recognition of the electronic data stored in the RFID electronic tags, thereby achieving long-distance, contactless collection, wireless transmission, and other functions of object recognition information. Efficient and intelligent management of RFID file management system.

The RFID archive management system realizes the intelligence and informatization of archive data management. According to the daily storage, query, borrowing, return, anti-theft and other specific business of archival materials, dynamic management of archival circulation is carried out. The system uses RFID electronic tags as information carriers to collect and monitor data at every link of archival circulation, achieving automation of archival business processing and replacing traditional workflows.

The application of RFID file management system in file management has the following advantages:

1. Non contact data collection. RFID technology greatly enhances the information collection, exchange, and tracking capabilities of managers for stored items in the warehouse area. Managers do not need to open the archive box. They only need to pass the archive box with RFID electronic tags in front of the RFID reader to display the specific names, quantities, archive summaries, and other information of the archives inside the box on the computer screen. This reduces the workload of managers, improves work efficiency, and helps them implement dynamic management of inventory archives.

2. Fast scanning and large one-time data processing capacity. RFID readers can quickly read multiple related data information, including location information, file content summary information, etc., from multiple RF tags simultaneously. Some readers can read data from 200 tags per second, which is over 100 times faster than traditional scanning methods.

3. RFID electronic tags have a large information capacity, long service life, and can be reused. The amount of stored data has greatly increased, reaching up to 1K or even larger capacity; The content of tags can be repeatedly erased without compromising their functionality, thus enabling the reuse of tags.

4. High security. Each RFID electronic tag has a globally unique ID code, and the data can be password protected. The identification code is unique and cannot be counterfeited. This highly secure protection measure makes the data on the tag difficult to forge and tamper with.

5. Strong anti pollution performance and durability, traditional barcode carriers are paper, so they are easily contaminated, but RFID has strong resistance to substances such as water, oil, and chemicals. In addition, since barcodes are attached to plastic bags or outer packaging cartons, they are particularly susceptible to breakage; RFID tags store data in the chip, thus avoiding contamination.

6. With miniaturization and diversified shapes, RFID reading is not limited by size and shape, and does not require the fixed size and printing quality of paper to match for reading accuracy. In addition, RFID tags can be further developed into smaller and more diverse forms for application in different archives.

7. Reusable, nowadays barcodes cannot be changed after printing, while RFID tags can repeatedly add, modify, and delete data stored in RFID tags, facilitating information updates.

8. Penetrating and barrier free reading, RFID can penetrate non-metallic or non transparent materials such as paper, wood, and plastic when covered, and can perform penetrative communication. The barcode scanner must be able to read barcodes at close range and without any object obstruction.

9. The tag has EAS anti-theft function, combined with a door shaped channel antenna, which can effectively prevent file loss and achieve illegal retrieval alarm function.

The RFID file management system adopts advanced RFID technology to enable fast and efficient management processes such as file generation, archiving, borrowing, returning, searching, inventory, etc. RFID technology has changed the traditional manual labor of archive cataloging and archive boxes, making the entire process efficient and error free, achieving intelligent and information-based management of archive materials. Utilizing non-contact handheld, desktop, and channel RFID reading and writing devices, closely cooperating with the backend database management system, and linking with existing monitoring systems for linkage management, as well as exchanging, transmitting, and reporting archive information.
