1: After attaching RFID tags to linen products, assign a globally unique code to the linen, making it a "smart linen". By embedding RFID high-temperature resistant washing series tags on the fabric, it can be monitored and traced throughout the entire lifecycle and at every stage of circulation.

2: We assume that RFID laundry tags are sewn into each piece of fabric. When the fabric with RFID laundry tags is passed through the assembly line, the reader will recognize the information inside the tags, understand what type of fabric is being recognized, and where it needs to be sent to or into the machine. The use of RFID in this way frees up the time for manual sorting of linens, allowing them to be quickly sent to the next laundry program, replacing traditional manual visual recognition of barcodes or distinctions, and improving efficiency.
